The fitness suite is equipped with cardiovascular resistance equipment and hand weights. It is available to people aged 11 years and above, but an initial consultation is required. Exercise classes on offer include aerobics, step, yoga, circuit training, line dancing and pilates. There are adult and junior arts classes, drama, pottery and flower arranging. There is a creche, mini movers for under 5 years, the South Oxhey Holiday Playscheme for under 12 years and inflatables for parties. Various halls are available for hire on Saturdays and Sundays for wedding receptions, birthday parties and other private functions. Prices on application. There is a bar and snack bar. Costs: Eclipse fitness suite from £34.50 monthly full membership (concessions for pensioners, students, under 16´s, and persons in receipt of certain state benefits). Opening Hours: * Monday to Friday 7.00am-10.00pm; * Saturday and Sunday 9.00am-7.00pm. Directions: Approx 3 minutes from Carpenders Park Station.
