SEA LION SWIMMING CLUB (WATFORD)Watford Leisure Centre - Central, WD17 3HAThe club meets at the Watford Leisure Centre Central Swimming Pool, on Saturdays from 5.00pm-6.00pm. This is a swimming club for people of any age with a disability plus their immediate family and helpers. The club was formed to provide a safe and friendly environment for people with disabilities to swim. The water provides support allowing much greater mobility than on land and swimming is great for improving stamina, suppleness and strength.
