All commissions are designed, produced and carefully installed by the team at Hammer & Tongs, from a fully equipped forge and gallery in the historic canal side workshops at Tring. His high quality of craftsmanship enables traditional techniques to be used to produce unique pieces of art with a sense of structure and richness of surface. Awards: Paul Elliott was the youngest ever blacksmith to be awarded a bronze medal and Fellow of the Worshipful Company of Blacksmiths. Commissions: * Wide variety of commissions from fire baskets, tables and mirrors to gates and railings; * Garden sculptor for BBC2´s Flying Gardener programme; * Sculptures for the award winning McKenzie Wise Partnership Garden at Chelsea Flower Show; * Garden Arbour, Pergula and Bridge for private gardens in Wiltshire as featured in Home & Gardens. Qualifications: City & Guilds; Cosira Artist Blacksmithing; Apprenticeship. Publications: work has been featured in: Ironwork inside and out 2006; Books; Design Metall 2005; Homes & Gardens magazines; Your Garden; The English Garden. Hammer & Tongs regularly features in the British Artists Blacksmiths Association journal with examples of outstanding craftsmanship and design. Paull Elliott is listed in the 32nd Edition of Who´s Who in Art. Offers practical teaching and workshop experience for University students.
