Shotokan karate club teaching self defence and karate in Potters Bar. Local 4th Dan Karate Instructor teaching with over 22 years experience. Nintai karate club believes in traditional values, mutual respect and maintains the studentīs interest at heart. Everyone of all ages is welcome if you are looking for self-defence, to build confidence, relieve stress and keep fit.

Days/Times:
Monday & Friday
Beginners: 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Intermediate & Advanced: 8:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Bank Holidays - There will be training on all Bank Holidays unless otherwise advised.
