This club takes men and women aged 11 to 70 years, from beginners upwards. Its aims include fitness, self-defence and competition.

The club meets at two fully equipped venues:

* Minotaur Gym & Fitness Centre, Back Lane, Off Watling Street, Edgware/Burnt Oak. Full time gym 10am - 10pm 7 days a weeks

* Bushey Youth and Community Centre, Falconer Road, off High Street, Bushey: Wednesdays 8.00pm-10.00pm.
