HITCHIN SWIMMING CENTREFishponds Road, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, SG5 1HAThis is a modern indoor pool complex with a 25m x 17m deck level main pool and a warmer toddler pool. From May to Septemebr, a 50m heated outdoor pool with learner pool, sun terrace, and childrenīs play area is also open. Special sessions and courses operate including swimming lessons, professional courses, Early Riser Swim, parents and toddlers, parents and babies, adult lane swimming, ladies only, 50+ sessions, Sea Monster fun sessions and aquagym. Opening times: Monday to Friday 7.00am to 10.00pm Saturday and Sunday 7.00am to 6.00pm Wednesday evenings 8.00pm to 10.00pm (Ladies only) Thursday evenings 8.00pm to 10.00pm (Adults only) Directions: Hitchin station is just over a mile away. Buses 90, 91, 94, 97, 99, and 100 stop right outside Costs: Concessionary pricing is available at all times; proof may be required.
