WELWYN WHEELERS CYCLING CLUB20 Carde Close, Hertford, Herts, SG14 2EU* Meeting venue: Gosling Sports Park, Stanborough Road, Welwyn Garden City, Herts. * Meeting times: varies depending on time of year (ring for details). Age range of members is 5 years to 70+ years. Suitable for all levels of fitness as programme of activities is varied. They aim to promote and encourage the enjoyment of both competitive and leisure cycling. The club is recognised for their experience in introducing young/novice riders to cycling. Coaching is available for members on request. Welwyn Wheelers is a ´Go Ride´ club and is in the process of applying for Club Mark Accreditation. Activities available to members include a programme of training/fitness related activities, social rides, racing on the track and in time trials, circuit races, road races and cyclo-cross are also popular with members.
