The Centre aims to provide: * A safe, informal, relaxing space for clients, practitioners and facilitators. * A wide range of alternative and complimentary therapies. * Pregnancy help and classes. * 10 Pilates classes per week. * Courses, talks and workshops, including Reiki. * A creche for children aged 0-4 years, with qualified NNEB staff, is available for centre users 2 mornings a week by prior arrangement.
