We´re open 3 nights per week and on a Sunday Morning. There are 3 beginners classes available (Monday 6pm, Wednesday 7:15pm and Friday 6pm), plus lessons for intermediate and advanced students. Training is available to Black Belt level and opportunities for interclub, local, national and international competitions are also on offer. With 80 active members, Tring Martial Arts is one of the largest in the area, and retains its students by focusing on providing high standard instruction and a quality service to its members. Since its opening in July 2005, TMA has trained three National Champions and a European Champion. Other styles are also available, such as Tai Chi and Self Defence. TMA is part of the UK Martial Arts Network of clubs, there are four other clubs in the local area in Berkhamsted, St Albans, Amersham and Chesham, plus other clubs opening up around the country.
