AFRICAN CARIBBEAN SENIORS AND CARERS LUNCH CLUB (NORTH HERTS)NHEMF, Unity House, Whinbush Road, Hitchin, SG5 1PHMeeting times and venues: * Wednesdays from 1.30pm to 3.30pm at NHEMF, Whinbush Road, Hitchin, Herts SG5 1PH. * Fridays from 10.00am to 4.00pm at Bancroft Hall (near Sainsbury´s), Hitchin, Herts. This luncheon club is for the benefit of 50+ African Caribbean elders, cared for and senior citizens with an illness or disability. The luncheon club is funded by Hertfordshire County Council Adult Care Services. We provide a hot meal in a friendly and relaxing environment. Users are encouraged to participate in a variety of learning and social activities. Support and advice is given when required and there are also informative workshops from external agencies.
