RHYTHMS OF THE WORLDPO Box 121, Hitchin, Herts, SG5 2WBThe Rhythms of the World (ROTW) festival has been running for over 15 years. It is organised by a voluntary group and has grown into one of the largest free world and community music festivals in the UK. This year the festival takes place over the weekend of the 14th and 15th July 2007. The main aim of the festival organisers is to improve the standard of life, racial harmony and community spirit using the arts as a stimulus. The festival takes place in Hitchin Town Centre. There is a wide variety of music from 100īs of performers as well as stalls, art installations, a childrens area and lots of other activities. The organisers of ROTW are always looking for people to volunteer their help and participate in the festival either as performers, sponsors, stallholders or in any other capacity.
