WATFORD LEISURE CENTREHorseshoe Lane, Garston, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD25 7HHThe Centre has comprehensive indoor and outdoor sporting facilities including a state-of-the-art fitness suite and first class 8-lane athletics track (Woodside Stadium). Sports: Badminton, squash, table tennis, astro turf pitches, group cycling (spinning), fitness classes, solarium, soft play. Facilities: Vending machines, Creche, After School Club Body Fit fitness suite: resistance machines/cardio vascular and free weights equipment; workout programme, junior courses (up to 16 years), toning table saloon, treatment room with sports injury, clinic, soft play area, sunbeds and air training booth. Creche held on weekday mornings (12 children maximum). Phone for free leaflet. The Junior Fun Zone scheme for children aged 5 to 7 years runs during summer school holidays.
