Can accommodate most popular sports including football, badminton, volleyball, gymnastics, junior courses and childrens parties. * Body Fit Gym (20m x 12.5m). Includes - Fitness resistance, free weights, spinning. * Swimming pool (25m x 10m). Public swimming, activity sessions, swimming lessons. Available for private hire for pool parties etc. * Purpose Built Sutdio (7m x 6.5m). Fitness Classes. Available for hire * Outside area. Includes three football pitches with direct access to changing rooms. Pitches are available for hire. * Activities and courses include: water workouts, aerobics, trampoline courses, gymnastics courses, 50+ swims, women only swims, junior football courses, step classes, circuit classes. Contact the centre for full details. * Opening Hours: Monday to Friday - 7.00am-10.30pm, Saturday and Sunday - 8.00am-8.00pm. * Gym Opening Hours: Monday to Thursday - 7.15am-10.00pm, Friday - 7.15am-9.00pm, Saturday and Sunday - 8.00am-8.00pm. Please check for details of opening times of specific facilities at the centre. Please also check opening hours around bank holidays. * Directions: Near the A41, M1 and M25. Ample free parking.
