Did you know there are over 1,000 different types of grapes grown? This course will compare the "international" grape varieties like Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Merlot, Pinot Noir, with some fantastic but not so well known wines made from grapes, such as Carignan, Grenache, Nebbiolo, Corvina, Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Primitivo, Tempranillo, Agiorgitiko, Malbec, Torrontes, plus many many others. This course will enable you to understand why you like certain wines, and expand your horizons to many others that you may not have tasted. It helps you understand wine labels more by tasting today´s key grape varieties. Come and be surprised and delighted, meet new friends and grapes you never have had the pleasure of before!
